Great video. Great prayer! I will always remember the first book of Max's that I read. It changed my life. Being in the Church of Christ for so many years I was molded into an ultra-conservative shape. I couldn't see beyond what was REALLY important--what really mattered to God. Max helped me to see beyond my small mindedness.
Thank you, Ginger, for posting the prayer of Max Lucado. I love his spirit and all his books.
I used to write my prayers when our children were young. We had two boys, Chad and Ben. Ben was a strong willed child. I had written a prayer asking God to please help Ben to behave. One day as I was reviewing my prayers, there on the side of the page was printed in tiny hand print that belonged to Ben, it read, "What about Chad?" I laughed so hard. That boy had been reading my prayer journal!
Well, he is a church planter today and for that I praise God.
What a nice reminder that in the midst of all the chaos there is hope. I have never written my prayers down, but I may start. It'd be nice to go back and see how God answered them.
I am married to a wonderful Christian man that the lord gave to me 20 years ago, I have 2 children and 3 grandchildren. I love our home and try to do the best I can making it feel that way. Thanks so so many beautiful blogs in blog world, they give me so many wonderful ideas.

I have always loved Max Lucado's books and have used them often as a prayer source for the youth I worked with.
Thank you for sharing this with all of us.
